Based on the expert advice of your boatyard, the following range of high quality components enables you to configure the Deck Cleaning System to suit your individual needs.
The high pressure cleaning unit from the well-known manufacturer Kränzele is equipped with a specially developed electronic control system, the electronically controlled pressure release/bypass valve (machined from solid brass), the tried and tested Jabsco pump for the freshwater supply (from the lake or the on-board freshwater tanks), a connector for two high-pressure pipelines (to the control panels), a rust-proof mounting bracket with silencing blocks (for permanent installation in the hull/engine room), a pressure manometer, and a manual pressure regulator (from 10 – 120 bar). The electrical cables are fed into the electronics control box with waterproof seal glands and soldered; all clamps and fastening screws are made of salt-water resistant stainless steel.

One of the following basic sets is needed to supply water to the high pressure unit. Three basic sets are available to choose from – depending on whether the boat/yacht concerned is to be cleaned with freshwater from a lake/river, with mains water from the quayside and/or the on-board freshwater tanks.
With the Fresh Water Basic Set, you can pump the water directly from a Fresh Water source (ie. lake or river) or from the on-board water tank.
For boats/yachts that are on freshwater and/or saltwater. This basic set offers the option to use freshwater directly from the lake/river, the on-board water tanks or clean water from the quayside for cleaning.
For boats/yachts that are in saltwater and are to be cleaned exclusively with clean water from the quayside.
All Hydropower control panels are precisely machined from solid metal. The high-pressure lance hose's quick-connect couplings are made of acid-resistant stainless steel and equipped with a high-quality, durable Vito O-ring. The ON/OFF switches are the best premium products available on the market. The fastening screws and the internal, hidden springs of the cover flaps are made of rust-proof stainless steel.
The top-quality blue high-pressure lance hose, which causes no streaks, and the top-quality cleaning lance are supplied as standard (hose length depends on customer preference, recommended hose length 6 – 10 metres max.)
The following control panel materials and surface finishes are available: Saltwater resistant matte anodised aluminium, high-gloss polished chrome-plated aluminium, high-gloss polished, nickel-plated aluminium, high-gloss polished gold-plated aluminium, matte or high-gloss polished brass (on request) stove-enamelled coloured aluminium (RAL colours).
The silky smooth-opening cover flaps bear the machined Hydropower logo as standard (stainless steel electro-engraved, not machined). Custom-made products with the name of the boat/yacht or the owner are possible on request (delivery time 6 – 8 weeks).

The Hydropower fresh water housings are precisely machined from solid, saltwater-resistant aluminium, stainless steel or brass and equipped with a standardised hose connection for the clean water supply from the external water tap on the jetty.
Different surface finishes/coatings and colours can be chosen depending on personal taste or the features (railings, fittings) of the particular boat/yacht.

The high-pressure pipelines between the high-pressure cleaning units(s) are designed for a working pressure of 250 bar (safety), equipped with rust-proof stainless steel connectors, abrasion protection and vibration absorbing rubber dampers, plus the inset cable for the operation of the control panel. The length of all the high-pressure pipelines is tailored to customer preference (custom configuration), to the particular boat/yacht and the installation position(s) of the high pressure cleaning unit(s) and the control panel. The maximum permissible length of the pipelines is 10 metres.
The high pressure hose directs water from the high pressure cleaner to the control panel.
All accessory cleaning lances have screw connectors made of solid, rust-proof brass and make it easier to clean hard-to-reach areas on superstructures, the deck and the hull.
This lance allows the angle of the high-pressure cleaning jet to be continuously adjusted (adjust the cleaning angle by simply pushing and pulling the lance shaft). Whether cleaning the upper outside of the hull from the deck, cleaning the beading or edges of the superstructures – this special accessory simplifies the cleaning process.

This lance is specially designed to quickly clean superstructures and windows. It can be switched between a normal cleaning lance and a scrubbing brush lance at the push of a button while cleaning, without any reduction in pressure.
The easily attached and detached splash-guard, made of clear plastic, fits onto the standard high-pressure lance included with the Hydropower b120k. It is primarily designed to be used for deck cleaning work at the jetty/quayside, and protects neighbouring boats/yachts from spray.
The rotating wash brush is suitable for cleaning teak decks. The working pressure must be reduced to 20 bar.
